Among the specialties of Cacciatori salami, wild boar salami cannot be missed. These are only slightly flavored, in order not to alter their particular wild taste.

Preparation
Wild boar salami are one of our house specialties. To prepare them we use 60% wild boar meat and 40% pork, which when delicately flavored is dried in the air of our mountains.

How to taste them
With their light note of red wine, the salamini pair particularly well with appetizers and appetizers to excellent wines.
