Elderberry and Plum Taste
Elderberry and plum fruit compote - Sweet plums paired with elderberry berries. In the months of August and September the black "berries" begin to ripen, rich in vitamin C and potassium and about six millimeters in size. Plums, on the other hand, contain a lot of fiber and high amounts of potassium.
Our Suggestion
Excellent for breakfast on bread, with natural yogurt or to refine desserts.
