Alpe Pragas - Pear and Saffron Mustard

Pear and Saffron
Fruit specialties made from ripe, hand-picked pears, a little sugar, a splash of orange juice, pink pepper, and a pinch of chilli and saffron. Our mustards are preserved by careful pasteurization and are free of preservatives and dyes.
Our Suggestion
To be served with fresh cheese, especially pecorino type. Excellent as a sauce for cheese fondues.
