Apple and Onion
Fruit specialties made from ripe, hand-picked apples, a little sugar, chopped onion, a sprinkling of wine vinegar, garlic, pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon and aniseed. Our mustards are preserved by careful pasteurization and are free of preservatives and dyes.
Our Suggestion
Tasty when served with well-seasoned mountain or pecorino cheese and boiled meats.
