Bresaola is an air-dried beef ham of Italian origin. For its production we only use beef from our slaughter.

Preparation
Bresaola is produced with selected parts of the beef leg.
After a maturation period of 4 weeks, the bresaola is stored and dried in the air at controlled temperature and humidity.

Bresaola is ideal for preparing light and tasty dishes.
